The family of River Wilson, a 1-year-old who drowned after getting out of her daycare and falling into a pool in August, is filing a lawsuit against the daycare owners, John Guzman and Ana Gonzalez.The family's attorney, James Williams, stated that a lack of adequate supervision at the facility led to the tragedy. He says the family is still seeking answers about the exact circumstances of the girl's death. The child was found unconscious in an above-ground pool after she may have climbed a four-foot fence."It is very painful that we don't know exactly what happened to River, but we do know she wasn't being adequately supervised.
